Bio: Jasmine Pham is an English language educator and graduate student set to begin her Ph.D this fall at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. She holds a BEd in Secondary Education from the University of Alberta and an M.Ed in Educational Leadership and Policy from OISE. Her research interests include English language education, teacher development, native-speakerism, and international education policies.
Research: Currently, Jasmine’s research explores how native-speakerism impacts English language educators of different races, gender and culture. She also addresses how these differences impact the professional development of English educators.
